We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer with strong experience in WordPress and PHP. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building responsive, dynamic, and high-quality websites and web applications. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including the creation of WordPress themes and plugins. Our ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and usability.
Customize and extend WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented PHP code for web applications and back-end solutions.
Integrate and manage third-party APIs and plugins to enhance website functionality
Optimize websites for speed and performance
Troubleshoot, debug, and solve complex technical issues in both PHP and WordPress
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members to deliver high-quality products
Stay updated on the latest web development trends, especially in WordPress and PHP
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness

Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience with WordPress development (themes, plugins, customizations)
Strong proficiency in PHP and familiarity with web development frameworks
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
Knowledge of MySQL and database management
Understanding of SEO best practices
Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git
Experience with APIs and third-party integrations
Basic knowledge of website security best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
