We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team.NELSON CONSULTANTS LLP The ideal candidate should be a graduate with good communication skills and a basic understanding of recruitment processes. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for IT positions.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for IT roles.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills.
Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.

Requirements:
Graduate in any field.
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and MS Office.
Please note that our office is located at Dodkallasandra-Kanakapura Road, and we would prefer candidates who are in close proximity to this location.
