Eligibility Criteria:

– Currently working as a Branch Manager in a Private Sector Bank

– Applications from candidates not currently in a Branch Manager role will not be considered.

– Minimum 2 years experience as Branch Manager in the same bank

– Minimum 4 years for Borivali Main Branch

– Total work experience of 9+ years, out of which at least 2 years must be in a Branch Manager role

– Preference given to candidates from Private Sector Banks

– Candidates from Small Finance Banks will be considered only if they have demonstrated long-term stability

Key Responsibilities:

– End-to-end management of the branch’s operations, team, and performance

– Drive business targets for CASA, loans, investments, and cross-selling

– Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory norms

– Lead customer acquisition and relationship management

– Train and mentor branch staff for service excellence and productivity

– Implement branch-specific growth strategies aligned with regional goals
